New Franke Graphics Catalogue



 

From 24th April 2007, twenty of the most popular sink and tap models from Franke will be available as CAD images on Planit software, allowing professional kitchen designers specifying Franke products to create realistic visual schematics for their customers.

Planit Fusion Live Service Pack 2

A full Planit Fusion Live roll out to all supported customers on a like for like product basis will commence in May 2007. This is expected to take 3 months to upgrade all users and will be free of charge to our supported customers.

The Service Pack will be released on a region by region basis maintaining a quality service during the upgrade.

The Service Pack provides full support for Windows Vista. Please contact the helpline for an early release of Service Pack 2 if you are already using Windows Vista. Full details of supported operating systems can be found on our website.
 
 

Universal Catalogue Updates

As part of Planit International's continued commitment to improve its products it is our intention to upgrade the Universal Catalogue Suite on a quarterly basis.

These catalogues consist of Universal Kitchens, Universal Bathrooms, Universal Bedrooms and Advanced Graphics.

To help us maintain these catalogues with the latest industry design features, you are invited, as an experienced user, to let us know what you would like added or changed.

Please email or post your suggestions, with as much information as possible, to Planit.

IPDS catalogues are those created and maintained by Planit’s international partners.
Our partners work closely with the manufacturers within their home market.

NDS Since its launch on 1st July 2005, over 90% of Planit UK’s kitchen manufacturer’s catalogues have been recreated in NDS by our Data Team.

Vista & Supported Dongles


Planit Fusion Live, version 14.1 will run using Vista but is not fully supported.

As Vista does not support parallel dongles a USB version is required and is available through Planit UK Support at £60 + VAT.

Winning more Clients.... KBB Industry Training

This course is designed for people in the KBB industry that want to understand how the Customer Care and Relationship process can benefit their performance, profit and turnover through stronger client relationships.

The objective is to highlight, and concentrate on the importance of good planning, preparation, appropriate use of CAD and will demonstrate and advise on quality negotiation techniques to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

The sessions on body language will be particularly useful to all employees that are involved in face to face communication with clients. The “Wow” session will clearly demonstrate the opportunity to maximise profit and attract new business either directly, or by referral, through quality negotiation and customer satisfaction.

The course has been approved by the NTG and qualifies for grants for any business that is registered and pays the training levy to the CITB.
