Our Senior Support Officer joined the company in 1994 and has extensive product knowledge within the support department. Responsible for the formulation and documentation of all Fusion training courses and seminars, customer training is David’s speciality. He handles the bulk of the training offered by Fusion International.

James has completed an HND in multimedia computing, then worked hard to become a retail manager and has now had a career change back to the area he trained for. Customer satisfaction is James's number one priority and is committed to delivering this via personal training and telephone support.

Peter has had experience working on an IT Service Desk for a number of years where he developed his customer relations skills. He enjoys helping people and is a major part of the Support Team.
